| PAYMENT METHODS Louis Venter Safaris accepts cash, certified bank checks, traveler checks, and most major credit cards. Credit Card payments are processed utilizing the online services of "PayPal". Please click on the below button to access PayPal and begin your online payment transaction.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 50% of Daily rate will confirm the booking. If cancelled within 60 days of scheduled safari commencement, a 25% fee will be charged for administration fees. ON PACKAGES A $1000 DEPOSIT WILL CONFIRM THE RESERVATION. Package hunts and/or photo safaris will not be transferable to the next year. PAYMENT Total payment must be made by cash or cashiers check at the end of the safari unless prior arrangements are made. Credit card payments must be made (in full) a minimum of 7 days prior to the safari. LIABILITY LouisVenter Safaris and personnel will do their utmost to make sure that the clients are safe and secure, but the responsibility lies with the client to take out adequate travel and medical insurance. We advise clients to make contact with MedJetAssist.com before traveling abroad. We take no responsibility for any lost or stolen luggage, although the airline will deliver any lost of delayed luggage to the lodge. |
